Congratulations to Ms. Jennifer Shaw, a physical education specialist at View Ridge Elementary for being honored by the 
American Heart Association and the Washington Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (WAHPERD). Shaw is the recipient of this year’s “Jump for Heart” Washington State award.
“Ms. Shaw has contributed many hours along with her students, staff and community working tirelessly to education and about volunteerism opportunities within the community to creating awareness for fighting heart disease and stroke,” the release from Seattle Public Schools states.
