This year’s Luminaria Walk at Meadowbrook Pond is Saturday, Dec. 1, from 6-8 p.m.
Featuring cookies and hot coca, and Christmas caroling, it is sponored by the Meadowbrook Community Center, 10517 35th Ave. N.E., and the Friends of Meadowbrook Pond.
We also need volunteers: for assembly before the actual day of the event; and on the day of the event- setup of the luminarias; maintenance of the luminarias during the walk; cleanup after the event.
